Juice, the whole juice, and nothing but the juice

Living in NYC, getting a great juice cleanses was very easy to come by. When I finished INSANITY in December of 08', I immediately ordered BLUEPRINT CLEANSE. I felt I needed to "Renovate" the inside of the body I had just "remodeled" with my fitness craze. Blueprints juice cleanses taste great and really made a difference in how I feel. Now, don't get me wrong, it was not fun for the first 48 hours. Being a southern girl at heart, my idea of the perfect juice was sweet tea.

Here is the cleanse I ordered. I did these juices each day.

Unfortunately, I can't afford to order BLUEPRINT. So, I spoke with a friend who is an avid juicer and she gave me some great recipe ideas and my husband bought me THIS...

I have already had this today:
2 carrots
2 apples
bundle of strawberries
bag of spinach
2 celery stalks
half a grapefruit

In between my juicing I am drinking very potent lemon water.

I love my juicer already and see how juicing can become so addictive!

Hugs,
Juicegirl

There is a book called "You Are What You Eat" by Dr. Jillian McKeith. She is a nutritionist. In her program, she has instruction for detox days, with juice recipes and the lemon water and different teas that she suggests in between the juices. She suggests dandeline or camomile teas. She also suggests that the lemon water be warm or atleast room temp.
